Founded in 2012, RM Talent Solutions was born out of a belief that executive search needed to move beyond transactional recruitment. Too often, placements focused on skills and speed, without equal consideration for readiness, alignment, and long-term success.
From the beginning, we took a different approach, integrating executive coaching into the search process itself. By doing so, we ensure leaders don’t just step into roles, but into environments where they can lead with clarity and purpose.
